Return & Exchange Policy

At Good Faith General Trading L.L.C., we deal in fresh fruits and vegetables through import-export operations. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return and exchange policy is outlined clearly below.

1. General Policy

All sales are considered final once goods are shipped. Returns or exchanges are accepted only under specific conditions as described in this policy.

2. Eligible Cases for Return or Exchange

  • Incorrect shipment or product mismatch
  • Products damaged during transit
  • Quality issues confirmed at the time of delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods once accepted by the buyer
  • Delays caused by customs, weather, or force majeure
  • Improper storage or handling after delivery

4. Inspection & Notification

Buyers must inspect goods immediately upon delivery. Any claims must be reported in writing within 24 hours of receipt along with photographic or video evidence.

5. Exchange or Refund Process

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement shipment, partial credit, or refund depending on the nature of the issue and contractual terms.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the issue is caused directly by our error.

7. Governing Law

This Return & Exchange Policy shall be governed by the laws of Gujarat.
